One dedicated under building parking spot comes with the rental. There is a beautiful pool and jacuzzi just down the elevator. The pool deck is spacious and well maintained with gorgeous views of Boca Ciega Bay. This is a great place to spend the day or take a cooling dip after a day of beaching and exploration.
